| Description : | With a hands-on approach to membership sales, you must be a target driven Manager with a passion for selling. Ideally you will have a membership sales management background, however retail managers will also be considered for this role. Candidates must prove that they can successfully manage their team to deliver monthly sales targets, as well as having the ability to generate revenue, control costs and maximise member retention.
Analytical and focused, you will be a natural communicator and have the ability to carefully monitor your team’s performance, as well as the success of marketing and promotional activities, implementing any remedial action as required.
